How can we create change toward student-centered, inclusive teaching and learning in higher education? This learning community will explore change theories that can guide and improve the impact and sustainability of that work. Join a blog and journal club to get an overview of change theories, and consider how to apply them in your current and future work.

We invite anyone and everyone in the campus community to join this open conversation as a jumping off point to explore impactful change toward inclusive teaching. Change theory in higher education can apply at many levels including the individual, classroom, department, and institution.
